The following are rates, rules and reservations criteria:

$60-$150 per night, double occupancy. $25.00 for additional person in rooms which will accommodate them. Rates are subject to change with seasonal conditions, current taxes, and local events. Payment is requested in cash or check, (this is to keep rates low).

All the above accommodations are based on room availability.

If a private bath is available when booking, the private bath rates apply. If a shared bath is available when booking, shared bath rates apply. If a family books the total 3 bedrooms and 2 bath bed and breakfast, group rates apply.

Deposit equal to one nights stay payable by check received within 10 days of stay required to confirm reservations when possible. Cancellations received at least 5 days prior to arrival date will receive a refund of deposit let $25.00 processing fee.

Cancellations received less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival may result in forfeiture of deposit. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival (including early departure) may cause forfeiture of entire booked stay.

Check in time is 3:30 pm. PST. Please make prior arrangements for early or late check-in and out. Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.

In room television with basic cable.

Well mannered children welcome in rooms that accommodate them. High chair, play pen/crib, booster seat available upon room booking and requests.

Geraldine’s has no accommodations suitable for pets.

For her good health and that of her non-smoking guests, smoking is permitted outside only -- the veranda or upper deck when available are smoker friendly!
